Our Team

Sudhir Pai, Managing Partner

Sudhir Pai is the founding member of Sudhir Pai, CPA PLLC. He has been in this profession for over 17 years. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Public Accountant from USA. He has previously worked with an IT Giant Company for nearly 10 years.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas & Colorado, Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI India, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). He has previously worked with Infosys Technologies Limited as Associate Vice President – Finance & Administration for nearly 10 years.

He has vast experience in Foreign Exchange Management as well as Accounting & Finance. He has managed the Finance and Administration team of Infosys US in the past where was responsible for Accounting, Finance, Cash management & Treasury, Administration, Infrastructure, Country penetration & any new initiatives/projects. He was also responsible for Sales and Operations. He is an expert in the Financial & Accounting Profession with vast experience across aspects of accounting, administration, auditing and financial management.

Shridhar Mirani, CEO

Shridhar is a specialist in International Audits having exposure to audit the Corporates in USA, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Singapore and Australia. Shridhar is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of CA of India in 1975 and has held a practicing license for 40 years.

Shridhar believes that service to clients is During this period, he was also the COO of P & G Associates, Dallas, TX, USA. He developed the audit practice from scratch to a roaring and very successful audit practice with widespread international corporate clients.

Shridhar was a partner and Chief Executive Office of Audit firms Shridhar & Associates, Ghosh Mirani & Co – India and PBG Associates, UK from 2011 to 2015/16. During this period, he was also a COO of P & G Associates, Dallas, TX, USA. He was responsible to develop the audit practice from scratch to a roaring and very successful audit practice with wide spread international corporate client base.

Shridhar has also worked in Dubai and Kenya during his career and has varied experience of multiple industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Ready to wear Apparel, Edible oils, Construction etc.

Raghav Pai, Managing Partner

Raghav has nearly 15 years of experience in the Finance, Tax and Accounting fields. He is a Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from A.C.C.A, UK.

Raghav is an authority on national and international financial reporting (US GAAP, Ind-AS and IFRS) and is a leading expert in handling complex areas of US GAAP & IFRS, including first-time adoption, new revenue recognition model, leases, mergers and acquisitions accounting, complex consolidations and purchase price allocations. At Infosys BPO Limited, he was responsible for Finance & Accounts related activities (including Capital Budgeting, Banking & Treasury), policy making and international centres.
